Filling: Mixed Vegetables, Salt, Sugar, Nut, Spices and Vegetable Oil. Pastry: Wheat Flour, Water, Vegetable Oil, Salt and Cumin Seeds.
Heat oil to 2000C. Deep fry the singaras in the hot oil for about 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown. Remove the Singaras and serve as desired.
